Hi, I'm Melissa
I’m a Bay Area-based life coach, wellness speaker, yoga and meditation teacher and founder of PURE Health Retreats.
I’m on a mission to help stressed out and overbooked Silicon Valley women and men filter through all the noise to find balance and focus in their lives. I love working with high performers who want to show up as their best self and help those rediscover their life’s direction.
I founded PURE Health Retreats because I kept seeing over and over that my coaching clients and yoga students were stressed to the max. I wanted to provide a welcoming space for clients to learn how to transform themselves through guided meditation, Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and personal life coaching. As a Certified Life Coach, 500 E-RYT Vinyasa Yoga Teacher & Energy Healer, my goal is to help you live with less stress so you can focus on the things that are truly important to you.
